Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Smart Deck Poker (“we”, “us”) about your use of the Smart Deck Poker app and this website (together, “the service”). By using the service, you agree to them.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that’s older.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your account secure: you’re responsible for what happens under it. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
No real-money gambling
Smart Deck Poker is a tool for running and recording card games. It doesn’t offer, take part in or process wagers or payments of any kind. Amounts shown in the app are only for keeping score. You’re responsible for making sure your games follow the laws where you play.
Using the service
Please don’t:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- upload anything you don’t have the right to share, or anything unlawful or offensive;
- try to get into accounts, tables or information that aren’t yours, or disrupt the service;
- copy, change or reverse engineer the app, except as the law allows.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add to the service, such as your name, photo and games. You allow us to store, copy and show it as needed to run the service, including showing it to the other players at your tables.
Our service
The service, including its software, design and name, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.
Apple and Google
If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Signing in with Apple or Google is covered by their own terms.
Changes to the service
We may change, pause or stop parts of the service. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that what it records is complete or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the changes.
